Returns
PolicyBio-Vet
takes special actions in the formulation, packaging and storage of Bio-Vet
products to ensure optimal condition when the products reach our customers. Due
to conditions beyond the control of Bio-Vet, including shipping and storage
conditions once products have left our facility, no returns of Bio-Vet products
will be allowed except under the following three situations and with
authorization by the Bio-Vet Customer Service Department.
1. Bio-Vet
will replace, upon notification within 14 days of product shipment, any product
found to have a manufacturing defect, at no cost to the purchaser. a. All
defective product must be returned to Bio-Vet, Inc. for replacement.
2.
Packages / products damaged during shipping should be documented with the
shipping company at time of delivery or refused at delivery. Bio-Vet should be
notified immediately in order to arrange replacement product and to facilitate
recovery of product from shipping carrier.
3. Any
product mis-ordered by purchaser may be returned only with prior approval
obtained by contacting Bio-Vet’s Customer Service Department. All of the
following conditions shall apply to this type of return. a. Bio-Vet must be
notified within 14 days of the date on which product was originally
shipped (as appears on packing slip) from Bio-Vet.
b. All returned
package lot numbers must conform to those on the original packing slip for said
product.
c. Products
must be returned with copies of Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) forms in
the package. RMA forms are obtained from Bio-Vet Customer Service.
d. All packages
must be received in their original container/packaging and in salable
condition at Bio-Vet’s designated return facility.
e. Purchaser
will be responsible for return shipment including arranging logistics, costs
and any claims for shipping damage.
f. When
product is received, Bio-Vet staff will inspect and determine if product
returned meets conditions 3. (a) – (d) above. Upon meeting conditions 3. (a) -
(d) above, an account credit less a 15% restocking fee will be issued to
the purchaser’s account with Bio-Vet. This account credit must be used within
12 months or it shall be forfeited. No refunds will be given.
Absolutely
no other product returns are accepted.
